Faith Inspirations (Fi)'s FAQs How is your jewelry made? Each piece of jewelry from Fi is hand crafted by Marcia. Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted using the highest quality of hand selected materials. We specialize in custom designs and can change colors or crystals on jewelry in most cases. Contact us for further information on custom designs at marcia@drmarciamiles.com. Please be sure to leave your contact phone number. What is your shipping policy? Faith Inspirations (Fi) is committed to complete customer satisfaction and expedient service. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are confident that your jewelry selection will surpass your expectations. In order to help us get your order to you quickly, please be sure to double-check your order details, email address, billing address, payment information, and use any applicable discount code before submitting your order. We cannot modify, add to or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Because of the nature of the items being shipped, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to place the order (for PayPal orders, we will only ship to the PayPal confirmed address). Our goal is to ship your order within 72 hours of order receipt, unless you have opted for expedited shipping service. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. All orders are sent by Priority Mail through the USPS postal service. Hence, you order will have insurance and is always trackable. We will email you a shipment confirmation letter that contains the package delivery confirmation number as soon as your order ships. We encourage customers to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Please Note: Once a package is mailed, it is under the jurisdiction of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Do you have a return policy? Yes, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our product and except returns for store credit only and under the following restrictions: • Only items that are defective or damaged in craftsmanship, such as chips, broken pieces, warping or by visible breaks may be returned. • The original invoice and a completed filled out Return Authorization Form must accompany the returned item. • Custom designs are not returnable. • Items that have been worn or damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned. • If you have received a free gift with your order, you must return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. The charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account. • Returns must be requested within the 7 days of receipt of items. The decision of whether or not jewelry is considered defective will ultimately though fairly be at Fi’s discretion. Return exclusions include one-of-a-kind items, exclusive or custom jewelry designs, clearance or sale items, wholesale or bulk packs, partial lots, any item not in original condition, body jewelry including earwires, earring hooks and earrings, clearance and closeout items. What are your hours of operation? We are an online store and therefore open 24 hours every day. Please contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email at marcia@drmarciamiles.com for general questions. For custom orders and specific product questions and custom orders, contact Marcia directly at marcia@drmarciamiles.com. Please be sure to leave a phone number where you can be contacted back. What if there is a mistake in my order? If we make a mistake filling your order, we will make it right! Please inspect your package contents carefully upon receipt for accuracy. Fulfillment mistakes, defects and/or damages must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of registered delivery confirmation. If received damaged, and you opted to insure your package, please retain all packaging material. A picture will be required to show any damage. Do you charge a restocking fee? It is our pleasure not to charge our customers a restocking fee on returned items. Credit for any return shall be issued as Store Credit Only. Can I cancel my order once it is placed? Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. As mentioned above (under Shipping Policy), please be sure to double-check order details before submitting your order as we are generally unable to cancel an order once it has been successfully placed. If we are able to cancel it, a 10% restocking fee will be imposed to cover our credit card processing fees and related expenses. What is your privacy policy? We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. Faith Inspirations (Fi) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Do your prices always stay the same? We reserve the right to change prices without any prior notice to correct errors, adjust for manufacturer price changes, precious metal market changes, to place things on sale or clearance, or adjust for currency fluctuations on imported items. Do you have an out-of-stock policy? We make every effort to keep our inventory counts live. Even with our best efforts, it is possible (though not probably) that a product you have ordered becomes out-of-stock. Should this happen, we will refund you those items to the payment method selected at time of ordering. Will you charge taxes on my order? Faith Inspirations (Fi) shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas. For orders shipped to other states or countries, the buyer is solely responsible for any and all sales taxes or other fees, duties and/or taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. What do you do about typographical mistakes on listed items? In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Faith Inspiration (Fi) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Faith Inspirations (Fi) shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
